清除病毒
在我們每天電腦維修服務當中, 有很多時候都會遇上需要上門清除病毒 ! 其實電腦怎樣才會感染了病毒呢? 當您打開和執行受感染的程式或一些附件時，您可能沒有意識到，其實病毒已經植入了你的電腦了! 要知道自己的電腦是否己被病毒入侵, 如果你的電腦有以下跡象，你的系統可能被感染：
- 電腦運行得比正常慢。
- 電腦時常沒有反應。
- 每隔幾分鐘, 電腦會出現"HANG機"情況。
- 電腦無故自動重新啟動"REBOOT"，然後無法正常運行。
- 常用軟件或一些應用程式不能正常工作。
- 無法連接硬碟或磁盤驅動器。
- 無法正常列印刷。
- 您看到不尋常的錯誤信息。
- 您看到一些看來不真實的菜單和對話框。
這些都是常見的感染跡象，但他們也可能表示硬件或軟件問題。底線是，除非你安裝了最新的防病毒軟件在您的電腦，否則沒有辦法可以肯定，如果您的電腦感染了病毒或有其他問題，可以與我們電腦維修服務中心聯絡，我們會很樂意為你解決電腦病毒問題。
如何保護我的電腦免受病毒感染？
真的對不起, 沒有什麼能保證您的電腦能百分百防避病毒感染。但是，您可以藉着提高電腦的安全性，來減少感染的可能。保持更新系統及防毒軟件定義是最基本的做法，以下可供參考:
- 讓您的電腦軟件得到最新的更新包, 如你是Microsoft Windows用家, 請到Microsoft Updates 更新你的視窗系統 。如果你正在運行Windows XP SP2，請打開"自動更新" 。
- 使用網際網路防火牆 （ Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 己有內建的防火牆, 請檢查它是否開啟。）
- 使用好的防毒軟件, 並常常跟進是否已更新了最新的病毒定義(Virus Definitions)。
- 切勿打開從一個你不知名的電子郵件附件。 就算郵件是從一個你認識的人, 如果你覺得他不應有附件給你,請 避免打開他的電子郵件附件, 因為發件人可能並不知道它的附件包含了病毒。
- 更新Microsoft Office (可以到 Microsoft Office Update)。
什麼電腦病毒 Computer Virus？
其實電腦病毒Computer Virus是一個軟件程序，它的設計是來干擾電腦操作。電腦病毒可以記錄，損壞，或刪除數據。透過本地網絡和互聯網，他們可以自行傳播到其他電腦; 在散播過程中, 往往會令網絡慢了下來, 甚至將整個網絡癱瘓。
電腦病毒如何工作的？
基本病毒通常依靠粗心的電腦用戶在不經意間共享或發送它們。一些更複雜的病毒，如蠕蟲，可以自動複製並傳送到其他電腦上，有些更可以透過控制其他軟件程序來散播病毒，例如電子郵件共享應用程式。
